I have made my target of 100 stuffied bunnies. Hurrah. Actually I've made more that a hundred (not all are pictured). They've taken over my life a bit; I dream about cutting fabric into bunnie sized rectangles and I my carpet and duvet are covered in pins. I should say this is for a college project (my final major project infact), I'm not just nuts. A hundred of my rabbit will be displayed in a big exhibition all the student's work, with possibly some photography or animation too.
After a fruitless morning of car boot sale hunting (the signs started and stopped about 3 miles from the car boot sale; we had no chance of finding it) we came upon a little shop in the middle of nowhere called 'Bygones and Curios'. Really it was a large garden shed stuffed with wonderful things run by a lovely old man. I told him about our inability to find the car boot sale and he asked what I had been hoping to buy there. I said old napkins and other fabric, old stamps and old buttons, and he got a beautiful old tin full of buttons. I actually said 'Ooh' out loud when he lifted the lid. He said he bought the tin not realising it was full of buttons so they'd just been sitting under his desk for years. He let me take my pick and when I asked how much they'd be he insisted I take them for free. I'm planning on visiting him again and bringing him some cake to say thank you.
I have taken up embroidering on the bus partly because it's something to do, but also because I like to think it makes me a bit of a character. I started out on scraps of fabric , and now I started adding embroidered details to my rabbits.
My dog is in some the the photos because I couldn't get rid of him. I found adding the details made them more individual so I could no longer call them Finbar Jr.
Show us your gorgeous eyes.

Apparently (and by that I mean according to wikipedia) only 1-2% of the world's population have green eyes and it is the least common eye color. Usually you can't tell my eyes are green in photos, but in this one you can.
I bought a Lomolito in NY and I've got got the prints back. These are my favourite ten. I took all of them apart from 'My field of yellow' which was taken by my youngest brother.
I have entered Moo's latest competition to design stickers for a new sticker book. These are my five entries, which you can find and vote for on this website, you know, if you like them. Hopefully they won't be as hard to find as the last time I entered a Moo competition. Near the bottom of the page there there are the entries and if you click on the arrow button a few times you find mine. I think you mine need to sign up to vote, but it's really the least painful website signing up I have ever done. Go on, do it because you love me. The prize is a year's pro account on Flickr, which would be really cool.
In other news I'm going to New York tomorrow, so expect lots of pictures when I return.
