I haven't done one of these in ages. I now really fancy a hot sugary pretzel. This is just watercolour pencils in my sketchbook.
I couldn't decide who should be eating such an obscene amount of ice cream (it is national ice cream month, don't you know?), so went for little girl and hairy monster because I'm fond of drawing both. You can decide which you prefer. These were done with acrylic paint, black ink and some brown pencil.
Sourly eating sour cherry in a sour cherry tree, of course. Made with acrylic paint and cut up sweet wrappers on brown paper.
I hoard paper (I have a big box, an A3 folder and magazine holder full of it), some of which I've used to make this hoard of Russian Dolls.
This is an old illustration, I shall admit, but a) I'm really busy at the moment, b) it fits perfectly and c) it been a while but I still really like this one. Plus it's probably new to most of you. ;)

I haven't one of these for ages; been far too busy but I really wanted to do this one. You can't see in the scan but in real life the dress has beautiful sparkly gold highlights. It's gorgeous paper and I was so excited to use it (thank you Alex!).
I had a lot of fun this week's subject. The elephants were always my favourite part of the zoo. I love the giraffes too though because you can see them when you drive past London Zoo. My brother had forgotten about the zoo so they kind of freaked him out when he saw them poking their head through the trees. I couldn’t decide which one to post so here are both.
